Rate: Local: $947/36-hours
Requirements:
- Active LPN license in state of practice.
- BLS certification.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician direction.
- Perform patient assessments; administer medications and prescribed treatments.
- Monitor and document vital signs continuously and accurately.
- Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection/complications.
- Maintain clear, timely patient records and communicate care plans.
- Educate patients and families on conditions and self-care.
- Respond promptly in medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols.
