Locums Gynecology NP/PA — $125/hr, 6‑Month Robotic First‑Assist Role in Atlantic City

We’re looking for an experienced locum gynecology provider to join a collaborative surgical team in Atlantic City, NJ for a six‑month assignment. You’ll be caring for adult gynecology patients with a strong emphasis on robotic‑assisted procedures in a busy OR environment.

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay: $125 per hour
• Assignment length: 6 months
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, day shifts
• Call: none

What you’ll be doing

• Provide comprehensive preoperative and postoperative care for adult gynecologic surgery patients.
• Serve as first assist in robotic gynecologic procedures (2–6 surgeries per day on average).
• Perform patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document encounters in Cerner/Oracle.
• Work closely with gynecologic surgeons, nursing staff, and the multidisciplinary care team to maintain safety and high-quality outcomes.
• Help support efficient OR workflow while adhering to patient safety and quality standards.

Work environment and systems

• Patient population: adults
• Average surgical volume: 2–6 cases per day
• EMR: Cerner/Oracle
• Trauma level: III

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (AANP) or Physician Assistant
• Active New Jersey license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Current ATLS or ATCN certification
• First Assist certification and demonstrated experience assisting in robotic gynecologic surgery required
