PRN Family Medicine Physician — Flexible Outpatient Schedule, No Call, Competitive Pay

Schedule

• Three weekdays per week (Monday–Friday): 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
• One weekend shift every other week: Saturday 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for adults
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Address urgent care needs within the primary care setting
• Counsel patients on preventive care and overall wellness
• Collaborate with the care team to support quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage a patient panel at approximately 2–2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
• Maintain professional, patient-centered interactions with patients and team members

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary $230,000–$280,000 plus 20–30% incentive potential

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine as applicable)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and collaborative interpersonal skills
