Required qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license for state of practice
• BSN or higher
• Previous nursing leadership experience (preferably Director of Nursing)
• BLS certification

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor nursing staff; foster a collaborative, professional work environment
• Oversee and coordinate patient care in accordance with facility protocols
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Maintain regulatory compliance, infection control, patient safety, and quality assurance
• Manage nursing department budget and resource allocation
• Advocate for patient needs and address patient/family concerns promptly
