Requirements:

• Valid, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician direction.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments safely and accurately.
• Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection or complications.
• Monitor and document vital signs continuously and record changes in patient condition.
• Maintain accurate patient records and provide patient/family education on conditions and self-care.
• Respond promptly in medical emergencies and follow infection control and facility protocols.
