Required license:
- Valid, active Physical Therapy Assistant state license.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist PT in patient evaluations and implement prescribed interventions and exercise programs.
- Administer modalities and operate therapeutic equipment per plan of care.
- Instruct patients and families on exercises and home programs to support recovery.
- Document treatments and patient progress accurately and timely.
- Communicate and coordinate with the PT and interdisciplinary team.
- Follow safety, infection control, and facility policies.
