Join our allied health team as a contract Occupational Therapist in New Lenox, IL. This daytime, 8-hour-per-day assignment begins September 7, 2026, with no weekends or on-call duties. Compensation is $2,424 per 40-hour week.

Key responsibilities and environment:

• Provide home health occupational therapy with emphasis on OASIS documentation and start-of-care processes.
• Work independently in patient homes, coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team.

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of Home Health OT experience, including OASIS and start-of-care.
• Active Illinois Occupational Therapist license.
• Current BLS (AHA) certification.
• Valid driver’s license and personal automobile insurance.
• COVID-19 vaccination required (declinations will not be approved).
