Required qualifications:

• Current Wisconsin RN license
• Education verification prior to start
• AHA Provider-level BLS and ACLS

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, evidence-based dialysis nursing using the nursing process and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, facility policies, nursing standards, and state practice law.
• Assess patients, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and provide family/patient teaching.
• Accurately document care in accordance with standards.
• Support continuity of care by advising and coordinating with other units/departments.
• Participate in unit performance improvement and shared governance activities.
• Apply critical thinking to identify safety or experience concerns and escalate appropriately.
