Assignment Type: Contract / Travel
Rate: $2,456 per 40-hour week
Shift: Days — 8-hour shifts starting between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM; end between 3:30 PM and 5:00 PM
Weekend Requirement: One or two Saturdays per month
On-Call: None
Required Experience & Certifications:
- Minimum 2 years mammography experience
- ARRT (M) certification
- ARRT (general) registration
- BLS (AHA)
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic and screening mammography according to facility protocols
- Position patients and operate mammography equipment to obtain quality images
- Ensure patient safety and comfort; follow radiation safety practices
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff as needed
- Adhere to regulatory and accreditation standards for mammography
Licensure/Compliance:
- Must meet state licensure requirements for radiologic technologists in Michigan
- Ability to start on the specified date and work required schedule
