Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) — Contract, Albuquerque, NM (13-week)

Join our team in Albuquerque, NM for a 13-week contract (non-travel) assignment beginning August 3, 2026. This Monday–Friday role (35 hours/week) offers a local rate of $1,264 per 35-hour week.

Requirements:

• Current, active Physical Therapy Assistant license for the state of New Mexico.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the Physical Therapist in patient evaluations and implement prescribed treatment plans and therapeutic exercises.
• Apply modalities and operate therapeutic equipment to facilitate rehabilitation.
• Teach and coach patients on exercise programs; provide education and home program guidance to patients and families.
• Document treatments and patient progress accurately and communicate effectively with the PT and interdisciplinary team.
• Follow established safety and infection control procedures.
