We’re seeking a Pediatric Endocrinologist to cover a locum tenens outpatient clinic in Boston, MA from September 21, 2026 through December 21, 2026. This is a clinical-only role, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., seeing roughly 12–15 pediatric patients per day.
What you’ll do
- Provide outpatient evaluation and management (E&M) for pediatric endocrine patients.
- Carry a daily census of about 12–15 patients.
- Work closely with certified diabetes educators (CDEs) to support patient education and self-management.
- Potentially provide coverage at satellite clinics in Newton and/or Danvers as needed.
- Document encounters accurately in Epic.
What we need from you
- Active Massachusetts medical license.
- Board-certified in Endocrinology.
- Valid DEA registration.
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience in pediatric endocrinology.
Facility & logistics
- EMR: Epic.
- Credentialing timeline is typically 3–6 months (targeting 180 days).
