Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — Contract, 13-Week Position in Santa Fe, NM

Contract LPN opportunity in Santa Fe, NM — 13 weeks beginning July 1, 2026. Schedule: Sun, Mon, Tue (36 hours/week). Local rate: $1,116/36-hours.

Requirements:

• Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license.
• Current BLS certification.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision, including medication administration and prescribed treatments.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments; monitor and document vital signs and clinical status.
• Manage wound care: evaluate, clean, dress, and monitor for infection or complications.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records and communicate care plans with patients, families, and the care team.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and self-care as appropriate.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow established infection control protocols.
