Overview:
Provide skilled medical-surgical/telemetry nursing as an integral member of the interdisciplinary care team. Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process, ensuring safe, evidence-based assessments, interventions, and documentation for assigned patients.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Valid New Hampshire RN license or compact RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications current
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience; strong medical-surgical and telemetry background required
• Excellent mathematical, analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments on admission, including history-taking, physical assessment, vital signs, review of labs, imaging, and other diagnostics
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team
• Provide ongoing monitoring, medication administration, patient education, and documentation consistent with professional standards and facility policies
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to coordinate care and ensure continuity
• Participate in quality improvement activities and maintain compliance with regulatory and safety requirements
