Join a short-term contract role as the nursing leader on-site in Exeter, NH. This non-travel position begins June 25, 2026, runs for 9 weeks, and follows a daytime schedule (7:00 AM–3:30 PM). Compensation for local candidates is $2,360 per 40-hour week.

What we’re looking for

• Active, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license for your state.
• Prior nursing leadership experience—someone who’s led teams and managed unit operations.
• Current BLS certification.

What you’ll do

• Lead and support the nursing team (RNs, LPNs, CNAs), ensuring policies and standards are followed.
• Oversee patient care—coordinate assessments, medication administration, and accurate documentation.
• Help build efficient staffing and schedules to meet patient needs.
• Mentor and coach clinical staff to promote professional development and best practices.
• Monitor quality and compliance, run audits, and drive improvements where needed.
• Act as the unit’s clinical point person during medical emergencies, following established protocols.
