Location: Poulsbo, WA (must be able to work at any PSKC clinic on the peninsula: Poulsbo, Bremerton, Port Orchard, Port Townsend)
Start Date: July 6, 2026
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Rotating (must be able to work AM/PM as needed)
Hours/Rate: $2,127 / 36 hours
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license from the Washington State Board of Nursing or a Multi-State Compact license
- Current CPR/BLS for Healthcare Providers (American Heart Association)
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience
- Previous dialysis experience required
- Able to work at any PSKC peninsula clinic and flexible to rotating shifts
Preferred
- Prior acute care or ambulatory nursing experience
Core Responsibilities
- Provide and oversee dialysis treatment and direct patient care at Puget Sound Kidney Centers
- Administer medications and implement treatment adjustments per standing orders and care plans
- Monitor and document patient outcomes and responses to treatment
- Educate patients and families on treatments, self-care, and dialysis-related topics
- Supervise and collaborate with dialysis technicians and interdisciplinary team members (nephrologists, social workers, dietitians)
- Participate in quality improvement activities and adherence to facility policies and regulatory standards
