Contract Director of Nursing (RN, BSN Required) — Derry, NH (8-Week Local Assignment)

We’re looking for an experienced nursing leader to step into an 8-week, contract, non-travel Director-level role in Derry, NH beginning July 6, 2026. This is a weekday position (Mon–Fri) with a local rate of $2,944 for a 40-hour week.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and support the nursing team, creating a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Oversee and coordinate patient care while ensuring adherence to established clinical protocols.
• Recruit, orient, and manage RNs, LPNs, and CNAs—promoting professional growth and strong teamwork.
• Maintain quality assurance through regulatory compliance, infection control practices, and patient safety initiatives.
• Manage the nursing department’s budget efficiently and responsibly.
• Advocate for patients by addressing concerns and promoting patient-centered care.

What we’re looking for:

• Active, valid Registered Nurse license for the state.
• BSN or higher.
• Prior nursing leadership experience—Director of Nursing experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
