Orthopedic Physician Assistant — Inpatient/Outpatient, 4-Day Week & No Nights/Weekends

Join a well-established orthopedic team just south of Boston as a full-time Physician Assistant. You’ll split your time between inpatient and outpatient care, collaborating closely with orthopedic surgeons, nurses, and rehab staff to provide excellent musculoskeletal care.

What the schedule looks like

• Full-time, 4-day workweek
• Variable daytime shifts
• No nighttime or weekend call

What we’re looking for

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• BLS certification or willingness to obtain
• Orthopedic, surgical, or hospital experience preferred (strongly interested new graduates will be considered)
• Excellent clinical judgment, collaboration skills, and clear communication
