Join a growing virtual neurology team based in Dallas, Texas, delivering compassionate, expert care to patients with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and other cognitive disorders. This fully telehealth role expands access to specialty neurology across the country while allowing you to focus on thoughtful, patient-centered care.
What you’ll do
- Perform comprehensive tele-neurology evaluations and manage complex neurodegenerative conditions using virtual tools.
- Work closely with an interdisciplinary team—APPs, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators—to create coordinated care plans.
- Serve as a clinical leader by supervising APPs across multiple states and ensuring adherence to clinical and telehealth standards.
- Help shape care pathways, support families and caregivers, and contribute to continuous quality improvement and professional development initiatives.
Compensation & benefits
- Salary range: $260,000–$276,000 plus full benefits.
Required qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an accredited Neurology residency.
- Board Certification in Neurology.
- Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state; multi-state licensure or IMLC eligibility preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience managing patients with memory or cognitive disorders.
- Demonstrated proficiency with telemedicine platforms and virtual neurological assessments.
- Strong clinical skills in cognitive evaluation, dementia management, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills for virtual patient, family, and team interactions.
- Commitment to empathetic, patient-centered care and ongoing professional growth.
Preferred qualifications
- Fellowship training in Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology (or Behavioral/Cognitive Neurology).
- Prior experience supervising APPs in a telehealth or multi-state practice.
- Familiarity with amyloid-targeting therapies and other emerging Alzheimer’s treatments.
- Experience working in integrated, interdisciplinary, or value-based care models.
