Remote Telehealth Cognitive Care Neurologist — Lead Dementia Specialist, Nationwide (Competitive Pay)

This fully telehealth role expands access to specialty neurology across the country while allowing you to focus on thoughtful, patient-centered care.

What you’ll do

• Perform comprehensive tele-neurology evaluations and manage complex neurodegenerative conditions using virtual tools.
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team—APPs, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators—to create coordinated care plans.
• Serve as a clinical leader by supervising APPs across multiple states and ensuring adherence to clinical and telehealth standards.
• Help shape care pathways, support families and caregivers, and contribute to continuous quality improvement and professional development initiatives.

Compensation & benefits

• Salary range: $260,000–$276,000 plus full benefits.

Required qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Neurology residency.
• Board Certification in Neurology.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state; multi-state licensure or IMLC eligibility preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience managing patients with memory or cognitive disorders.
• Demonstrated proficiency with telemedicine platforms and virtual neurological assessments.
• Strong clinical skills in cognitive evaluation, dementia management, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills for virtual patient, family, and team interactions.
• Commitment to empathetic, patient-centered care and ongoing professional growth.

Preferred qualifications

• Fellowship training in Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology (or Behavioral/Cognitive Neurology).
• Prior experience supervising APPs in a telehealth or multi-state practice.
• Familiarity with amyloid-targeting therapies and other emerging Alzheimer’s treatments.
• Experience working in integrated, interdisciplinary, or value-based care models.
