Job Description
Join a fully virtual team delivering specialized care for patients with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and related cognitive disorders. You will perform comprehensive tele-neurology evaluations, manage complex neurodegenerative conditions, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team of APPs, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators. This role includes clinical leadership responsibilities—supervising APPs across multiple states and ensuring adherence to clinical and telehealth standards.
Compensation & benefits: $260,000–$276,000 plus full benefits
Key responsibilities
- Conduct thorough virtual cognitive and neurological assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
- Manage patients with memory and other cognitive disorders, including medication management and care coordination
- Collaborate closely with APPs, behavioral health clinicians, and care coordinators to deliver patient-centered care
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision of APPs across multiple states
- Ensure compliance with telehealth protocols, quality metrics, and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement of clinical workflows and participate in professional development initiatives
Minimum qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Neurology residency
- Fellowship training in Behavioral/Cognitive Neurology or equivalent clinical experience strongly preferred
- Board Certification in Neurology
- Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state; multi-state licensure or IMLC eligibility preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience managing patients with memory or cognitive disorders
- Demonstrated proficiency with telemedicine platforms and virtual neurological assessments
- Strong clinical skills in cognitive evaluation, dementia management, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Excellent communication skills for virtual patient, family, and team interactions
- Commitment to empathetic, patient-centered care and ongoing professional growth
Preferred qualifications
- Fellowship training in Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology
- Prior experience supervising APPs in a telehealth or multi-state practice
- Familiarity with amyloid-targeting therapies and other emerging Alzheimer’s treatments
- Experience in integrated, interdisciplinary, or value-based care models
