Remote Telehealth Cognitive Neurologist — Lead Alzheimer/Dementia Specialist, $260–276K

Join a growing telehealth team delivering expert, compassionate care to people living with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and other cognitive disorders—entirely virtually and with nationwide reach.

You’ll perform comprehensive tele-neurology evaluations, manage complex neurodegenerative conditions, and work closely with an interdisciplinary team of APPs, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care. In addition to clinical responsibilities, you’ll act as a clinical leader, supervising APPs across multiple states and helping maintain high standards for clinical practice and telehealth delivery.

Compensation & benefits: $260,000–$276,000 plus full benefits.

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Neurology residency
• Fellowship training in Behavioral/Cognitive Neurology or equivalent clinical experience is strongly preferred
• Board Certified in Neurology
• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state; multi-state licensure or IMLC eligibility preferred
• Minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience managing patients with memory or cognitive disorders
• Proven comfort and proficiency with telemedicine platforms and virtual neurological assessments
• Strong clinical expertise in cognitive evaluation, dementia management, and working within interdisciplinary teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for virtual interactions with patients, families, and team members
• A commitment to empathetic, patient-centered care and ongoing professional development

Preferred qualifications

• Fellowship training specifically in Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology
• Experience supervising APPs in a telehealth or multi-state practice model
• Familiarity with amyloid-targeting therapies and other emerging Alzheimer’s treatments
• Experience in integrated, interdisciplinary, or value-based care models
