Telehealth Cognitive Care Neurologist — Remote (US)

Join a national telehealth team based in Atlanta, GA providing expert, compassionate care to patients with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and related cognitive disorders through a fully virtual practice.

You will perform comprehensive tele-neurology evaluations, manage complex neurodegenerative conditions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team—including APPs, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators—to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. In a clinical leadership capacity, you will supervise APPs across multiple states and uphold clinical and telehealth quality standards.

Compensation & benefits: $260,000–$276,000 plus full benefits.

Minimum qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Neurology residency
• Board Certification in Neurology
• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state; multi-state licensure or IMLC eligibility preferred
• Minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience managing memory or cognitive disorders
• Demonstrated proficiency with telemedicine platforms and virtual neurological assessment
• Strong clinical skills in cognitive evaluation, dementia management, and interdisciplinary care
• Excellent communication skills for virtual interactions with patients, families, and team members
• Commitment to empathetic, patient-centered care and ongoing professional development

Preferred qualifications:

• Fellowship training in Behavioral/Cognitive or Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology
• Experience supervising APPs in telehealth or multi-state practice models
• Familiarity with amyloid-targeting therapies and other emerging Alzheimer’s treatments
• Experience in integrated, interdisciplinary, or value-based care models
