Experienced Dermatology NP/PA — Boston Area, $130K–$180K+, Procedural Practice & Strong Referral Base

Join a well-established, growing dermatology practice located just south of Boston. We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide patient-centered dermatologic care in a collaborative setting with a strong referral base and access to modern technologies.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range of dermatologic conditions
• Perform procedures including biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, and electrodessication
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide patient education
• Accurately document patient encounters and treatment plans in the EMR
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality care

Compensation & benefits

• Competitive salary: $130,000–$180,000+ annually, commensurate with experience and productivity

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 2 years’ dermatology experience
• Board-certified NP or NCCPA-certified PA
