OB Hospitalist – Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician (Williston, ND)

Join a hospital-based OB/GYN team in Williston, ND to provide consistent, expert care to every pregnant patient presenting to the hospital.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care, including management of obstetric emergencies and labor/delivery.
• Collaborate with local obstetricians, nursing staff, and ancillary services to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical documentation.
• Maintain credentials, complete required CME, and engage in peer review and provider support programs.

Position details

• Full-time hospitalist role; flexible self-created schedule.
• Typical workload: 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (approximately 21 days off per month).
• No office management duties and no routine on-call responsibilities.

Compensation and benefits

• Salary: $300,000–$340,000 per year.

Qualifications
