We are seeking a dedicated Spanish-speaking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive adult primary care in the Bronx, NY. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role with no nights or weekends and a small patient panel allowing for high-quality, patient-centered care.

• Patient volume: Small panels, approx. 8–12 patients per day

Compensation

• Base salary: $165,000–$185,000
• Performance bonus: Up to 20%

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in New York
• Minimum 2 years primary care experience
• Experience in or strong interest in geriatrics preferred
• Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Medicare and Medicaid provider IDs required
