OB/GYN Hospitalist — $300–340K, Flexible Schedule, 21 Days Off/Month in Garden City, KS

Location: Garden City, KS

Overview:
Join a hospital-based OB/GYN team to provide consistent, expert care for every pregnant patient presenting to the hospital. Work collaboratively with local obstetricians while maintaining a strong work/life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care, including management of obstetric emergencies.
• Admit, evaluate, and manage laboring patients and postpartum care.
• Coordinate care with local obstetricians, nurses, anesthesiology, and neonatal teams.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain documentation and communication standards.

Schedule:

• Full‑time hospitalist role.
• Typically 7–9 24‑hour shifts per month (approximately 21 days off per month).
• Create-your-own schedule model.
• No office management responsibilities and no additional on-call duty.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $300,000–$340,000 annually.

Qualifications:

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Kansas medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Demonstrated ability to manage obstetric emergencies and provide high‑quality inpatient OB/GYN care.
• Strong clinical skills, clear communication, teamwork, and commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
