We’re looking for an experienced, compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide full-time, on-site care across Mobile and Baldwin Counties, Alabama. You’ll work alongside leading oncology practices and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals navigating cancer treatment and related conditions.

Required qualifications
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active or eligible licensure in Alabama
- At least four years of direct patient care experience in primary care
- Strong skills in chronic disease management, complex patient care, and palliative care principles
- Excellent organizational, clinical, and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility and comfort working in an evolving healthcare environment
- A commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
Preferred qualifications
- Clinical experience with oncology patients or other high-acuity populations
- Knowledge of cancer treatment–related complications and supportive care needs
- Experience coordinating care across multiple providers and settings
- Familiarity with value-based care models
