Oncology Support Nurse Practitioner/PA — Mobile/Baldwin Counties, Full-Time, Collaborative Care

We’re looking for an experienced, compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide full-time, on-site care across Mobile and Baldwin Counties, Alabama. You’ll work alongside leading oncology practices and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals navigating cancer treatment and related conditions.

Required qualifications

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active or eligible licensure in Alabama
• At least four years of direct patient care experience in primary care
• Strong skills in chronic disease management, complex patient care, and palliative care principles
• Excellent organizational, clinical, and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility and comfort working in an evolving healthcare environment
• A commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care

Preferred qualifications

• Clinical experience with oncology patients or other high-acuity populations
• Knowledge of cancer treatment–related complications and supportive care needs
• Experience coordinating care across multiple providers and settings
• Familiarity with value-based care models
