Job Description
Join a multidisciplinary, patient-centered team in Omaha, Nebraska. This role offers a mix of surgical and nonsurgical practice within a collaborative group of orthopedic, spine, and rehabilitation specialists. - General neurosurgery call within a Level III system, supported by experienced partners

Compensation & benefits:
- Target compensation around $700,000 (plus/minus based on experience)

Key responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive neurosurgical care, including surgical and nonsurgical management of complex conditions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Participate in shared call coverage to ensure continuous, high-quality patient care
- Support quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices within the department
Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited neurosurgery residency
- Fellowship training in a subspecialty (spine, cranial, or endovascular) preferred
- Board certified or board eligible in neurosurgery
- Strong clinical and surgical skills with a commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient education and team collaboration
- Ability to function effectively in a multi-specialty practice setting
