OB/GYN Hospitalist — $300K–$340K, Flexible Schedule, No Call (Auburn & WA Locations)

We’re looking for experienced Obstetrics and Gynecology physicians to join our team in Auburn, Washington, helping ensure every pregnant woman who comes to the hospital receives expert, compassionate care from a dedicated specialist.

You’ll work closely with local obstetricians in a true team environment while enjoying an excellent work/life balance. Ideal candidates are strong clinicians and communicators who are committed to quality improvement and to advancing inpatient OB/GYN care.

What this role offers

• Competitive pay: $300,000–$340,000 plus a full benefits package
• Full-time hospitalist position where you help shape your own schedule
• Typical workload: 7–9 of the 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off monthly)
• No outpatient practice management or on-call obligations

Who we’re looking for

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Washington medical license or ability to obtain one
• Comfortable managing obstetric emergencies and providing full inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong teamwork, communication, and patient-centered skills
• A commitment to clinical excellence and continuous improvement

This opportunity is available in Auburn, with additional openings across Washington including Everett, Kirkland, Olympia, Silverdale, and Tacoma.
