Outpatient Pediatric NP/PA — Epic EMR, 85 MF, Low Call, Martinsburg WV

We’re seeking a caring and skilled advanced practice provider to join a growing outpatient pediatric team in Martinsburg. If you enjoy working in a collaborative, patient-focused setting and want to provide full-spectrum pediatric care, this role could be a great fit. You’ll work closely with experienced physicians and staff to care for children from newborns through the age range you prefer.

What you’ll like about this role

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Setting: Outpatient clinic only (no inpatient rounds)
• EMR: Epic
• Typical patient load: about 16–18 patients per day

Call expectations

• After-hours phone coverage only — no in-person call duties
• Frequency: 1–2 weekdays per month and roughly 3 weekends per year

Core responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care, including wellness visits, preventive care, and immunizations
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
• Care for patients beginning at birth through your chosen age range
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
• Work closely with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active West Virginia license or ability to obtain licensure
• DEA registration required by start date
• Pediatric experience preferred
