OB/GYN Hospitalist — Abilene, TX | $300K$340K, Flexible Schedule & No Call

Join a team committed to delivering expert, consistent care to every pregnant patient who comes through the hospital. You’ll work alongside local obstetricians in a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient safety and satisfaction while giving you a healthy work/life balance.

This full-time hospitalist role lets you build a schedule that fits your life—typically 7–9 24-hour shifts per month, which usually translates to 21 days off. There are no office management duties or on-call responsibilities. Compensation ranges from $300,000–$340,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for bonuses.

We have openings across Texas, including Abilene, Austin, Baytown, Beaumont, Bedford, College Station, Frisco, Round Rock, San Antonio, Waxahachie and Wichita Falls.

What we’re looking for:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Ability to manage obstetric emergencies and provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a team-oriented mindset
• Commitment to quality improvement and patient-centered care
