OB Hospitalist OB/GYN — Charleston Area | $340–360K, 7x24-hr Shifts, No Call, Flexible Schedule

In this hospital-based OB/GYN role, you’ll ensure every patient who presents to the hospital receives expert, timely care from an experienced physician — improving safety and satisfaction across the board.

You’ll work closely with local obstetricians while enjoying a superior work/life balance. The schedule is flexible and designed to give you autonomy: typically seven 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off monthly), no office management, and no traditional on-call responsibilities. Ideal candidates are board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology, skilled in managing obstetric emergencies and inpatient OB/GYN care, and committed to clear communication, teamwork, and continuous quality improvement.

Locations: Opportunities available in Charleston, Columbia, Florence, Mount Pleasant, Myrtle Beach, Summerville, and Walterboro, South Carolina.

Requirements:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• South Carolina medical license or ability to obtain one
• Proven ability to manage obstetric emergencies and deliver comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, and a patient-centered approach
