Join a collaborative team dedicated to giving every pregnant patient expert, consistent care each time she arrives at the hospital. This full-time hospitalist role in Newport, Rhode Island, is built to enhance patient safety and satisfaction while supporting a strong work/life balance.

What you’ll enjoy

• Competitive compensation: $300,000–$340,000 plus a full benefits package.
• Flexible scheduling: Typically 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off each month). You’ll create your own schedule without on-call duties or office management responsibilities.

Who we’re looking for

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Rhode Island license or ability to obtain one
• Comfortable managing obstetric emergencies and providing comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong communicator and team player with a commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement
