Summary:
Join a hospital-based OB/GYN team providing expert, consistent care to every pregnant patient presenting to the hospital. Work collaboratively with local obstetricians, focus on inpatient care and obstetric emergencies, and maintain a strong work/life balance.

Key details:

• Compensation: $300,000–$340,000 annual salary plus full benefits
• Schedule: Full-time hospitalist role; typically 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (approximately 21 days off monthly)
• No outpatient clinic management or traditional on-call responsibilities

Primary responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care, including management of labor and delivery and obstetric emergencies
• Coordinate care with local obstetricians, nursing staff, and hospital teams
• Participate in quality improvement and patient-safety initiatives
• Communicate clearly with patients and families; support patient-centered care

Requirements:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Pennsylvania medical license or ability to obtain
• Demonstrated ability to manage obstetric emergencies and complex inpatient cases
• Strong teamwork, communication, and commitment to continuous improvement
