Obstetrics & Gynecology Hospitalist Physician — Bryan/Lima, OH (Full-Time)

Location: Bryan, Ohio (also opportunities in Lima, OH)

Overview
Join a hospitalist OB/GYN team providing consistent, expert inpatient care for pregnant patients presenting to the hospital. Work collaboratively with local obstetricians while maintaining work/life balance and clinical autonomy.

Compensation & Schedule

• Salary: $300,000–$340,000 annually plus full benefits
• Full-time hospitalist position; typically 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off per month)
• Ability to create your own schedule
• No on-call responsibilities or office management duties

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient OB/GYN care, including management of labor and delivery and obstetric emergencies
• Collaborate with local obstetric providers, nursing, and hospital teams to ensure safe transitions of care
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Ohio medical license or ability to obtain licensure
• Experience managing obstetric emergencies and providing comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
• Commitment to clinical quality and continuous improvement
