OB/GYN Hospitalist Physician – Carmel, NY (Full-Time, $300K–$340K)

Role overview:
Provide hospital-based obstetric and gynecologic care as part of an OB hospitalist team. Ensure consistent, expert management of pregnant women presenting to the hospital, collaborate with local obstetricians, and support quality improvement in maternal and newborn care. Position emphasizes clinical autonomy and work/life balance.

Schedule and compensation:

• Full-time hospitalist role; create-your-own schedule
• Typical workload: 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (approximately 21 days off monthly)
• No on-call responsibilities or office management
• Salary: $300,000–$340,000 annually plus full benefits

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• New York medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Experience managing obstetric emergencies and providing comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
