Mission-Driven OB/GYN Hospitalist — Flexible Shifts, Teaching & High-Acuity Care (Milwaukee)

Join a mission-driven OB/GYN hospitalist team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We seek a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN to join our expanding Division of General Obstetrics and Gynecology. This role emphasizes clinical care, teamwork, and teaching.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient care for high- and low-risk obstetric patients
• Evaluate and manage emergent gynecologic conditions
• Perform obstetric and gynecologic surgeries as indicated
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary hospital team in a fast-paced environment
• Teach and mentor residents, fellows, and medical students
• Participate in quality, safety, and process-improvement activities

Schedule

• Option of 12-hour or 24-hour shifts
• Equitable rotation of nights, weekends, and holidays
• Flexible number of shifts per month to support work-life balance

Qualifications

• MD or DO (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Eligible for or currently hold an unrestricted Wisconsin medical license
