OB Hospitalist Obstetrics & Gynecology (Kansas City Area, MO)

We are seeking dedicated Obstetrics and Gynecology physicians to join a hospitalist team committed to improving patient safety and satisfaction by ensuring every pregnant woman presenting to the hospital receives expert, timely care.

Opportunities available in Kansas City, Poplar Bluff, Sedalia, Springfield, and Warrensburg, Missouri.

Position highlights

• Competitive salary: $300,000–$340,000 plus comprehensive benefits
• Full-time hospitalist with flexible scheduling and the ability to build your own schedule
• Typical shift pattern: 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (approximately 21 days off monthly)

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Missouri medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Proven ability to manage obstetric emergencies and provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong teamwork, communication, and patient-centered care skills
• Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous improvement
