Family Medicine Physician — Adult Primary Care (Auburn, NY) | $250K, Mon–Fri, Supportive Team

Join an adult primary care practice in Auburn, NY to deliver comprehensive outpatient care in a supportive clinical environment focused on continuity, efficiency, and patient-centered care.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
• Weekly on-call rotation

Clinical responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum primary care for adult patients
• Manage acute and chronic conditions
• Maintain a schedule with ~15-minute appointment slots
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure continuity and quality of care
• Document and coordinate care using the practice EMR

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
• Active or eligible for New York State medical licensure
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience in family medicine or adult primary care
• Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume patient panel efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
