Obstetrics & Gynecology Hospitalist Physician — Mooresville, IN (Full-Time)

We’re looking for dedicated Obstetrics and Gynecology physicians to join a collaborative team in Mooresville, IN. This hospitalist role is built to elevate patient safety and satisfaction by ensuring every pregnant woman who presents to the hospital receives expert, consistent care from an experienced physician.

Compensation and schedule

• Salary: $300,000–$340,000 annually plus a full benefits package.
• Full-time hospitalist position with flexibility to design your own schedule.
• Typical shift model: 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (leaving roughly 21 days off each month).
• No office management responsibilities and no traditional on-call obligations.

Who we’re looking for

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Indiana medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Comfort managing obstetric emergencies and providing full-spectrum inpatient OB/GYN care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a patient-centered approach.
