Location: Ocala, FL
Assignment
- Locum CRNA; full-time availability required
- Weekday shifts: 14-hour (may consider 13-hour)
- Greatest need: Mondays and Fridays
- Weekend coverage required
Call
- Participation in call rotation preferred but not required
- Typical frequency: ~2 call shifts every 6 weeks:
- Weekday call: 3:30 PM–7:00 AM
- Weekend day shift: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
Case Mix
- Cardiac, orthopedics, general surgery, neurosurgery, vascular
- Endoscopy, GYN, robotics, trauma
- No pediatrics, no OB
Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services across a broad surgical caseload
- Perform regional blocks, spinals, central and arterial line placement
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative teams
- Ensure patient safety and quality throughout perioperative care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation
Requirements
- Active Florida CRNA license
- ACLS and BLS certification
- Trauma experience required
- Proficient in regional anesthesia, spinals, and central/arterial line placement
