Family Medicine Physician — Advanced Value-Based Primary Care (Gilbert, AZ)

We are hiring experienced Family Medicine physicians to join our Value-Based Advanced Primary Care team in Gilbert, AZ (also opportunities in Peoria, Phoenix, and Scottsdale). This is a 100% on-site role providing comprehensive, team-based primary care to a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate has at least five years of clinical experience in Family Medicine or Med-Peds and is passionate about patient-centered care within an integrated, value-driven model.

Compensation & benefits

• Salary range: $240,000–$265,000, commensurate with experience

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Med-Peds
• Minimum of five years clinical experience preferred
• Current, unrestricted Arizona medical license
• Active DEA registration and Arizona fingerprint clearance card
• BLS certification
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and teamwork orientation
• Familiarity with EMR systems and basic computer proficiency
• Commitment to value-based care and exceptional patient service
