OB/GYN Hospitalist Physician — Augusta, GA (Full-Time; $300–$340K)

Seeking experienced Obstetrics & Gynecology physicians for a full-time hospitalist role in Augusta, Georgia.

Summary:
Provide expert inpatient OB/GYN care for pregnant patients presenting to the hospital, collaborating with local obstetricians to ensure consistent, high-quality care and improved patient safety and satisfaction.

Augusta, Georgia.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Salary: $300,000–$340,000 annually plus full benefits
• Typical schedule: 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (approximately 21 days off per month)
• No office management or traditional on-call responsibilities
• Flexible scheduling with potential for bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care
• Manage obstetric emergencies and acute inpatient cases
• Coordinate care with local obstetricians, nursing staff, and hospital teams
• Participate in quality improvement and patient-safety initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely communication with referring clinicians

Requirements:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Georgia medical license or ability to obtain one
• Competence in managing obstetric emergencies and inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Commitment to continuous quality improvement and patient-centered care
