OB/GYN Hospitalist — Jacksonville, FL | $300K–$340K, Flexible Schedule & No On‑Call

Join a team providing expert, consistent inpatient OB/GYN care to improve patient safety and satisfaction for every pregnant woman presenting to the hospital.

Location

• Jacksonville, FL (positions also available in Fleming Island, Fort Myers, Fort Pierce, Miami, Miramar Beach, Orange Park, Pensacola, Plant City, Safety Harbor, South Miami, St. Augustine, and Trinity)

Role overview

• Full-time hospitalist practice collaborating with local obstetricians
• Focus on inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care and emergency management
• No office management duties or traditional on-call responsibilities

Compensation & schedule

• Salary: $300,000–$340,000 annually plus full benefits
• Typical schedule: 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (generally 21 days off per month)
• Flexible scheduling with potential for bonuses; ability to create your own schedule

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Florida medical license or ability to obtain one
• Competence in managing obstetric emergencies and providing comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong clinical, communication, teamwork, and patient-centered skills
• Commitment to quality improvement and clinical excellence
