OB/GYN Hospitalist Physician — Los Angeles Area (Full-Time, Competitive Pay & Benefits)

Join a team committed to improving patient safety and satisfaction by making sure every pregnant woman who comes to the hospital is cared for by an experienced physician, every time. You’ll work alongside local obstetricians in a collaborative environment while maintaining a strong work/life balance.

This full-time hospitalist role lets you build a schedule that fits your life—typically 7–9 shifts of 24 hours per month (about 21 days off each month)—with no office management duties or after-hours call. Compensation ranges from $300,000 to $340,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for bonuses.

Available locations across California include Clovis, La Mesa, Lancaster, Los Angeles, Merced, Rancho Mirage, Sacramento, San Luis Obispo, Tarzana, Thousand Oaks, and Visalia.

What we’re looking for:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• California medical license or ability to obtain one
• Strong skills in managing obstetric emergencies and providing comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a patient-centered approach
• Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous quality improvement
