Practice setting and location

• Hospitalist role based primarily in Birmingham, AL (opportunities also available in Mobile). Collaborate closely with local obstetricians while enjoying a strong work/life balance.

Role highlights

• Full-time hospitalist position with flexible, self-created schedules
• Typical workload: 7–9 twenty-four-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off)
• No outpatient clinic duties, on-call responsibilities, or office management

Compensation and benefits

• Salary: $300,000–$340,000 annually plus comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Alabama medical license or ability to obtain one
• Demonstrated ability to manage obstetric emergencies and provide full inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
• Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous quality improvement
