Integrative Family Nurse Practitioner / PA — Primary Care, Full-Time MF, No Weekends (Northampton)

Join a well-established, patient-focused family medicine practice serving Amherst and Northampton, Massachusetts. You’ll be part of an integrative, whole-person care team that blends primary care with behavioral health, chiropractic, acupuncture, and other therapeutic services to support patients across the lifespan—from newborns to older adults.

What you’ll be doing

• Deliver comprehensive primary care: assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions for patients of all ages.
• Work collaboratively with behavioral health providers, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and other complementary care clinicians to create coordinated treatment plans.
• Promote preventive health, wellness, and chronic disease management.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and communicate effectively with patients and the care team.

Schedule and setting

• Full-time, Monday–Friday with no weekend work.
• One flexible weekday evening shift (until 6:00 PM).
• Opportunity to work across both clinic locations in a multidisciplinary environment.

Compensation and benefits

• Salary range: $130,000–$165,000, commensurate with experience.

What we’re looking for

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Massachusetts (or ability to obtain licensure).
• Experience in family medicine or primary care preferred.
• A commitment to patient-centered, integrative care and strong communication and teamwork skills.
