Family/Internal Medicine Physician — Outpatient Value-Based Care (Houston, TX)

Join a 100% outpatient, value-based care clinic in Houston, TX providing continuity and preventive care for adults (18+). We are seeking an experienced Family or Internal Medicine physician; new graduates not accepted.

Position highlights

• Outpatient clinic; Monday–Friday schedule (some sites with extended hours)

• Guaranteed base salary $240,000 plus up to 20% annual performance bonus
• $1,250/month supervision stipend per Nurse Practitioner

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered ambulatory care for adults
• Perform comprehensive initial assessments, histories, and risk evaluations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions; order and interpret diagnostics; prescribe medications; develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver preventive care and patient education to support long-term health
• Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary teams; ensure timely follow-up and communication
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners when applicable (stipend provided)
• Maintain punctual clinic workflows to ensure patients are seen as scheduled

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM). Board Eligible candidates must be within 5 years of residency completion
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience in primary care or urgent care; supervisory experience preferred
• Active Texas medical license and current DEA license
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
