Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Primary Care (Boston, MA)

We’re looking for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants interested in practicing high-quality, patient-centered medicine in a collaborative, team-based setting.

Who we’re looking for

• Experienced primary care APPs (2+ years outpatient) who can independently manage their own patient panel.
• Newer APPs or those without outpatient experience who want to grow as a Collaborating APP, working closely with an experienced physician or advanced practice provider.

Requirements

• Active NP or PA license in Massachusetts, or eligibility for licensure.
• Independent role: minimum 2 years’ outpatient primary care experience managing your own panel.
• Collaborating role: willingness to work under supervision while developing outpatient care skills.
