Outpatient Family/Internal Medicine Physician — Littleton, NH (4x10s, 3-Day Weekends)

Join a well-established outpatient practice in Littleton, NH, serving the Grafton community for over a century. We seek a Board-certified or Board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a busy, supportive team with a strong patient base—allowing for rapid panel growth.

Compensation & benefits

• Salary: $275,000–$325,000 (DOE)

Clinical details

• Full-time schedule: four 10-hour weekday shifts (one weekday off; Monday or Friday)
• Call: 1:4 (phone only; hospitalist team manages admissions)
• Clinic EMR: Cerner
• Typical daily volume: 15–20 patients
• Appointment lengths: 20–40 minutes

Requirements

• BE or BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• New Hampshire medical license and DEA
