Family Medicine Physician — Primary Care Opportunity in Greenwood, SC

We’re looking for a compassionate Family Medicine physician who values a patient-centered, holistic approach and is excited to help build and strengthen a community-focused primary care program.

You’ll play a key role in shaping a practice that prioritizes preventive care, chronic disease management, health education, and strong, trusting relationships with patients. Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team and a commitment to high-quality, accessible care are central to this position.

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based guidelines.
• Promote preventive health, wellness, and patient education.
• Work closely with nurses, specialists, and other care team members to coordinate care.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of primary care programs and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
• Active South Carolina medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (pediatrics experience optional)
